  • The New York State Workers' Compensation Board protects the rights of employees and employers by ensuring the proper delivery of benefits to those who are injured or ill, and by promoting compliance with the law.

  • The New Jersey Division of Workers' Compensation works to ensure that proper benefits are paid to workers who are injured on the job in addition to enforcing the law requiring employers to obtain insurance coverage for their employees.
